Terms of booking
Conditions of carriage, in plain words; your yes in the chat accepts them.
Sec 01
Adults only
For adults of 21 and over only, as is every companion on the board. Writing to us confirms you are at least that age and that this content is lawful where you are.
Sec 02
What is being booked
Time and company: dinner, drinks, an event, an evening shared. The fare pays for her time and travel, nothing more. Each companion works independently, accepts or declines every booking herself; her limits are hers alone.
Sec 03
Conduct during a booking
Treat her as a guest you invited to dinner: be there, sober enough for good company, keeping to what was agreed. Aggression, coercion, filming her without clear agreement, or renegotiating on arrival, ends the booking with the full fare due.
Sec 04
Confirmation and deposit
You are confirmed once the desk has set out in your chat the companion, date, start time, length, hotel or private address, total and any deposit, and you have said yes in writing, or, with a deposit asked, once it has arrived. Until then nothing is booked or owed; from then on the booking is final and her evening is held for you alone.
A deposit is the desk's call per booking; the amount and the way to pay it appear in the chat before you say yes, never here. It is fare paid early: off the total, the rest paid at the start. Cancel and it is used against the charge, anything above it billed within 14 days; cancel early and it becomes a credit, valid 12 months, for a new booking with any companion here, usable once, not transferable, never paid out.

Cancellation charges, short bookings
Cancel in the thread you booked in; the charge depends on how close to the start you are. Bookings of one to three hours: more than 48 hours out, the deposit becomes the credit above, or, if none was taken, nothing is due now and a deposit is asked next time; 48 to 24 hours out, 50% of the agreed fee; inside 24 hours, 100%. A same-day booking is in the 100% tier at once. Whatever the cancellation saves us, a journey not made for instance, is taken off a 100% charge, and that charge is all you owe.
Example: three hours at €600, deposit €300. Cancelled thirty hours out: 50%, €300, covered by the deposit, nothing more owed. Six hours out, or absent: €600, deposit kept, €300 billed. Four days out: the €300 becomes a 12-month credit.
Sec 06
Cancellation charges, long formats
Dinner dates, overnights, duo and couples evenings, extended, multi-day and travel bookings and events, on a longer clock: over 7 days out, credit; 7 days to 72 hours, 50%; inside 72 hours, 100%. Otherwise as above.
Sec 07
No-shows
A no-show: not at the address, or unreachable on the booking number, within 30 minutes of the start; a wrong or inaccessible address; or turning her away at the door for a reason of your own. It is a 100% cancellation: deposit kept, the rest billed.
Sec 08
Moving, extending, ending early
One move of the date or time, at the desk's discretion, asked before she sets off, if her schedule allows; deposit and terms follow the booking. No new time, the original stands and the tiers apply. Extra hours fly at the fare already agreed, confirmed in the chat first. Ending early does not reduce the fee.
Sec 09
When she ends a booking
She may end or refuse a booking if you are visibly intoxicated, abusive or threatening, will not show ID when your age is in doubt, gave a false name or address, have unannounced extra people present, or ask for anything beyond companionship: a 100% cancellation by you, fee due, deposit kept.
Sec 10
When we cancel
If the desk calls off a booking, or your confirmed companion cannot make it, for a reason not yours, the choice is yours: rebook for another date or with another companion at the same fare, or take back everything you paid, within 14 days. A substitute is offered, never imposed; decline it and the refund stands. Force majeure gives the same choice.
Sec 11
Photos and the blur
Faces here are blurred for the companions' privacy. The desk checks each set against the woman herself before publishing, and the companion confirmed in your chat arrives with the figure, hair, styling and presentation you saw. As faces are not shown, "she is not the woman in the photos" cannot be settled at the door and is no ground for cancelling, refund or credit; sending her away is a no-show.
Sec 12
No right of withdrawal
A booking is a leisure service for a fixed date and time, so under article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) the fourteen-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply; the tiers above do.
Sec 13
Law
These terms and every booking are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory rules of law.
Sec 14
Records and misuse
The chat in which the booking and these terms were accepted, and the payment record of any deposit, are kept as long as the booking, a charge or credit, a dispute or bookkeeping need them, then deleted. No copy of your ID is stored. A false identity, someone else's payment details, or threats or violence towards a companion may be reported to the police and the payment provider, and future bookings declined.
