Companions aged 22 to 25, the early departures
Fourteen names sit in this band, and what they have in common is a stage of life rather than anything else. These are women who are still actively building the thing they are interested in, a ceramics habit, a camera, a wine palate, a design practice, and who bring that appetite to a dinner table without being asked to.
The practical effect is conversational. Ask any of these fourteen what she is building and the reply is honest rather than modest, which is a refreshing change after a day spent among people being careful with one another.

Who is in the band
Jasmin, Luna and Stacy are all 22 and could not be more different from each other, one bright and fast, one direct and opinionated, one dry and very late to bed. Bianka, Lea and Roxi are 23, covering a warm attentive dinner, an improvised evening and a table of strangers respectively.
At 24 there are Angelika, Lucy, Molly and Tiffany, which takes in jazz clubs, astronomy, a bar at midnight and a guest who notices everything. The 25s are Laura, Milena, Rosa and Vanessa, four evenings that run from a mountain pace to a table with no agenda at all.

How they talk
Directness is the pattern. Milena skips small talk entirely and would far rather hear your view than present her own. Luna will not soften a view to make it easier to hear. Stacy names the thing nobody else at the table will. Rosa puts a real question and then waits for the whole answer, which almost nobody does.
Curiosity runs alongside it. Lucy will tell you what she is drawing. Tiffany will tell you what is wrong with the chairs. Vanessa is collecting languages in fragments and practising them on anyone willing.

This band covers the widest range of formats on the board. A duo booking is worth mentioning here, because several of these names already know each other well and an evening with two companions needs that ease to work at all.
Beyond that, take your pick. Angelika and Bianka for a long dinner that keeps going. Molly and Stacy for the part of the night after the kitchens close. Vanessa and Rosa for an evening with no plan whatsoever. Lea when you would like the plan improved halfway through.
Roxi is the name for a table of strangers that has to be warmed up from nothing, Laura for a night with a second address built into it, Tiffany for a room where somebody should be paying attention to the details, and Milena for a night you intend to recall in detail afterwards.
